This name does not mean that the management at small airports we know less about the safety of passengers departing from major airports by commercial airlines. The security level at the small airport is not small - but it is easier to fulfill all obligations, if not many people.
Even if you book a jet charter, you will not be an unexpected or suspicious persons on board, because the customer wants to fly airplanes for the people who he wants. Thus, unexpected events board is absolutely impossible.
